'Visioning Your Practice' Workshop

Doula Mentoring

I am a Mentor for newly qualified Doulas with both Doula UK and Younique Postnatal.

My focus is on communication skills to help new Doulas self reflect on their strengths, building trust in themselves, and finding their inner voice. I step in to your narrative to help you identify your learning moments to expand and grow in your Doula career.

I offer ongoing support throughout the whole process: I will be here for you to ask questions, to provide links to trusted resources and information, and to just listen if you needed to reflect on something within a job, in the moment, if you have a wobble or it’s a tricky situation.

I also offer sessions on setting up your business, as well as reflective mindset support on working out your ‘why’, your values, goal setting, your niche, imposter syndrome (including 'compare and despair') and your entrepreneur mindset.

What Professionals say

I attended a goal planning workshop at Erin's with a lovely bunch of other doulas.

We are all at different stages of our doula journeys, some brand new to doula-ING and some like Erin who have been doing this for a long time.

She offers her ideas and insights with such grace and wisdom. Always encouraging new thoughts and ideas.

If anyone is thinking about hiring a mentor or attending her workshops you will not be disappointed! You will leave lifted, full of ideas and confident in reaching your goals!
