A doula offers emotional, practical, and informational support before, during, and after birth. Unlike a midwife, a doula does not provide clinical or medical care, but works alongside your healthcare team to support your personal experience.

It’s best to get in touch as early as you feel ready. Some clients book me as their Doula in the first trimester, while others wait until later in pregnancy or after birth, if looking for ASAP lactation support or general postnatal support. However, booking early helps ensure availability and gives time to build a supportive relationship.

Absolutely. A doula supports the whole family and can help your partner feel more confident and involved. I work alongside partners to create a calm, informed, and supportive environment.

Yes. I support all types of births—home births, hospital births, and birth centre births. My role is to help you feel safe, informed, and empowered wherever you choose to give birth.

Yes. I am committed to providing respectful, inclusive, and non-judgemental care to all families. My services are LGBTQ+ inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly, and trauma-informed.

Yes. Many of my services can be delivered virtually via phone or video call, including antenatal sessions, lactation support, mentoring, and birth trauma recovery.
