Postnatal Planning

Service Description

In the Postnatal Planning Session we cover everything you need to prepare so that you are set up for success in terms of what to expect for the early days with your new baby. The session includes a copy of 'My Matrescence Journal' which I will bring and we could go through this together, with me asking reflective questions.​ We will look at 6 domains of the 4th trimester and cover:  ​- Supporting the mother - Supporting the baby - Supporting the father/partner
