Service Description

During this 30 minute online Zoom call we will discuss Younique Postnatal’s 5 day training program, and how it prepares you to enter the profession of Postnatal Doula’ing. This course is based on lively and interactive learning, with visual aids, group work, hands on experience and practice exercises. The topics we cover highlight evidence based information, current guidelines and new areas of research in postnatal care.
